1 BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Hair must be washed and completely free of all products. Hair must also be completely dry in its natural state! No buns, ponytails, hats, wraps or anything that will stretch or alter the natural curl pattern. Failure to follow hair preparation instructions upon arrival will result in a $50 additional charge.
*For Color Services little to no products is acceptable. When booking a color appointment, please email us a couple photos of what your hair currently looks like AND a photo of what color you want*
2 THINKING ABOUT COLOR
A consultation MUST be done before any color service is booked and confirmed.

3 RUNNING LATE
We're usually booked to capacity. If you show up late to your appointment (without letting us know), we can't guarantee we'll be able to give you the complete allotted time since we don't want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily. Clients are given a 10 minute grace period, after which they are subject to 100% of the total service and will have rebook for an additional fee for an, unfinished services due to lateness.
4 NEED TO CANCEL
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the start time of your appointment, your deposit/ price paid at the time of the original booking will then be credited to your account and go towards your next rescheduled booking.
Any cancellations after the 48 hours grace period, the deposit / price paid at original booking will be forfeited and WILL NOT COUNT AS CREDIT.
No Call-No Show, card on file will be charged 100% of the total services booked.
5 GUEST POLICY
Due to limited space, currently no guests, visitors, children, pets (other than service animals) are allowed at this time. We also ask that you refrain from bringing in shopping bags, large backpacks, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
6 PERSONAL ITEMS
You must keep all personal items with you. We are not responsible for any or all lost or damaged items. As professionals we follow proper procedures wile performing services to prevent damage to clothing during a client's visit. We ask that you use your discretion when selecting clothing, jewelry and accessories as our salon may
use products that contain chemicals that could damage such items. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles including clothing, footwear and/or accessories.
7 REFUNDS
Services are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. All deposits count as credit towards your upcoming service. If unsatisfied, clients may request a redo/edit of services originally booked and will have a seven day grace period to do so. Any additions to such appointments will be charged accordingly.
8 COVID
Mask/Face Coverings are optional. We will always adhere to the local law requirements at any given time. Stylists may request you to wear your face covering during your appointment at their discretion.

Once a ticket is purchased, refunds are not issued for any reason, including, but not limited to, inability to attend the class. However, we value your commitment to learning and understand that unexpected situations may arise.
To accommodate this, if you are unable to attend a class, you will receive a credit to book a personalized, one-on-one session with Dominique LyVar. These tailored sessions offer exclusive guidance, expert insights, and focused support to help you achieve your goals.
